About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Train Development team in Paris Saint-Ouen. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for all electrical engineering deliverables, including diagrams, apparatus, and routing. You will manage a multidisciplinary team and ensure interfaces with other departments, such as Train System, Train Design, and Train Control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the production of electrical deliverables, including diagrams, apparatus, and routing.
  • Define the electrical baseline and input data for the Electrical Center of Excellence (COE E).
  • Oversee the electrical design team and ensure interfaces with other departments.
  • Lead design and deliverable reviews.
  • Ensure follow-up with the technical project manager.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in electrical installation and architecture on a train or other products.
  • Strong projects and functional management experience.
  • Good knowledge of harness design, manufacturing, and industrialization, electrical architecture, and systems of trains.
  • Good practice of electrical CAD (E3S/Catia EHI).
  • Strong international exposure and good English communication and multicultural openness.
