Electrical Engineer for Train Development

Alstom is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our Train Development team in Paris Saint-Ouen. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the electrical engineering deliverables for our train projects, including diagrams, apparatus, and routing.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the production of electrical deliverables, including diagrams, apparatus, and routing, during the different phases of the project.
- Define the electrical architecture of the train, including the content of electrical cubicles, localization inside the train, circuit-breaker and cable sizing, cable pass-through, and area cut-off.
- Responsible for electrical deliverables, including ensuring interfaces with other departments and teams.
- Manage functionally the electrical design team and the electrical routing integration team assigned to the project.
- Ensure follow-up with the technical project manager and support the continuous improvement of the electrical domain.
- At least 4 years of experience in the field of electrical installation and architecture on a train or other products of aeronautic, automotive, naval, industrial equipment sectors.
- Strong projects and functional management experience.
- Good knowledge of harness design, manufacturing, and industrialization, electrical architecture, and systems of trains.
- Good practice of electrical CAD (E3S/Catia EHI).
- Very good English communication and multicultural openness.
