We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partnerships Manager/ BD Manager to join our team at Trust In SODA. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient onboarding of retailers and restaurants onto our digital marketplace.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding Management: Ensure timely onboarding of new partners, coordinating initial contact, documentation, and training.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing ongoing support and assistance.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure our partners have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed on our platform.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the FoodTech or Ecommerce sectors.
- Strong background in business development, partnerships, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
