About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our growth partnerships efforts in France. As the Head of Growth Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the company's overall business strategy into a holistic partnerships strategy, focusing on partnerships and affiliate marketing, and collaborating closely with cross-functional senior stakeholders.
  • Own the delivery of affiliate and partnership growth strategy for HelloFresh, brands, and partner types.
  • Manage a team of 4 people, including Business Developers, Account Managers, and Offline Marketing Managers.
  • Have ownership of the partnership pipeline execution and building a plan to hit conversion and revenue targets.
  • Oversee business proposals and sales tactics used to acquire new partners.
  • Build forecasts and track named strategic partners' KPIs.
  • Oversee and lead strategic conversations and relationships with local vendors and key partners in the portfolio.
  • Manage a 7-digit budget on a monthly basis against defined growth and ROI targets.
  • Harness your data-driven mindset and industry expertise to identify new growth levers and channel development tactics.
  • Work on numerous strategic initiatives in the partnership field together with our analytics, tech, and design teams located centrally.
  • Develop and manage high-volume key partners' pipelines to recruit onto our established partnerships program and represent HelloFresh in key strategic partnerships.
  • Audit and improve team performance, reporting to senior internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of experience in the affiliates and/or partnerships landscape (including business development).
  • An experienced leader with 2+ years of experience in people management.
  • A strong analytical thinker who likes solving difficult problems.
  • A strong communicator who knows how to connect easily with different types of stakeholders.
  • A team-player who gets the best out of their team.
