Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnerships strategy to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage a team of partnership managers to ensure successful execution of partnerships initiatives
  • Maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct market research to inform partnerships strategy
  • Lead a team of partnership managers to drive business growth and revenue

Requirements

  • At least 5-10 years' experience in a similar role
  • Track record in partnerships strategy and business development
  • Great relationship building skills and leadership abilities

What We Offer

  • Up to €110k base annual salary, depending on experience
  • Up to 20% bonus of the annual salary p/y
