Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our Operations team. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and overseeing the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers and provide guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets to ensure timely and within-scope delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project or portfolio management within a manufacturing or engineering environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
