Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at McCain Foods Limited. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the procurement team in daily business activities, including monthly price updates, SAP contract creation, and PO placements.
  • Execute procurement administrative tasks, such as vendor creation, RFI/RFQ coordination, and data collection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional business teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support on procurement tools and systems to team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, or services administration.
  • Proficiency in SAP management, data management, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with French and Dutch as a plus.
