Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Procurement organization by executing procurement administrative tasks, maintaining contract libraries, and building strong relationships with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement administrative tasks, including monthly price updates, SAP contract creation, and PO placements.
  • Maintain contract libraries and ensure data accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with the CE procurement team, MRP/Supply chain, and suppliers.
  • Support tendering activities, including RFI and RFQ coordination.
  • Perform regular trainings on procurement tools and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, or services administration.
  • Proficiency in SAP management, data management, and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch is a plus.
