Job Title: Procurement Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at McCain Foods. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting our procurement organization by executing administrative tasks, maintaining contract libraries, and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute procurement administrative tasks, including monthly price updates, SAP contract creation, and PO placements.
  • Maintain contract libraries and ensure accurate data collection.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, regional business teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Support the implementation of various projects and provide training on procurement tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, business, or services administration.
  • Proficiency in SAP management, data management, and Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with French and Dutch as a plus.
