Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to drive revenue growth, expand our customer base, and foster long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports and analyses on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.
  • Client Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
