Role Overview:

The Logistics Specialist will oversee all material management activities while providing support to the operational aspects of the Parts & Logistics Lead. This role is crucial in ensuring that both internal and external stakeholders receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all office, workshop, warehouse, and service operations.
  • Utilize MS Office to prepare quotations for both regular and special order items.
  • Follow up on quotations to finalize orders and gather data on any lost sales.
  • Engage in regular inventory assessments.
  • Organize transportation logistics for outgoing shipments and prepare necessary documentation for exports.
  • Maintain a daily log or electronic record of communications and activities.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the complete supply chain process.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a dynamic office or customer service setting.
  • Experience in export operations and third-party logistics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level) and familiarity with other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Outlook).
