Operational Security Manager H/F

As an **Operational Security Manager**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our security protocols. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the **Health, Safety & Security EMEAR team** to maintain optimal performance of security systems.
- Updating and managing signage across all operational sites.
- Organizing and leading training sessions for staff.
- Coordinating and executing evacuation drills to ensure preparedness.
- Tracking and collecting all necessary regulatory documentation, including Water Analyses, Thermography, and Reserve Lifts, while ensuring updates to the security register.
- Overseeing security arrangements for various events and activities.
- Providing comprehensive reporting related to security operations.
- A recognized security qualification from a reputable institution, at a **Master's level or equivalent**, with a minimum of **8 years of experience** in the security field, including **5 years in a leadership capacity**.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
- Expertise in **Fire Safety Systems**, with ideally **SSIAP 2 or 3** certification.
- Experience in managing budgets, creating dashboards, and conducting benchmarking.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in **English** is required.
