About the Position
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for public sector clients, including energy unions, local authorities, county councils, and municipal communities. You will manage a portfolio of 2 to 4 million euros annually and lead teams of 2 to 3 individuals. Your mission is to effectively organize, execute, and monitor assigned projects, ensuring adherence to contractual commitments regarding deadlines, service quality, and costs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare, execute, and finalize electricity and telecommunications network projects, encompassing procurement, site documentation, DICT (Digital Information and Communication Technology), acceptance reports, and invoicing.
- Ensure the safety and hygiene of all work sites.
- Supervise your field teams.
- Analyze tender documents from both technical and financial perspectives.
- Provide clients with technical solutions and cost estimations.
- Cultivate strong commercial relationships with clients, suppliers, and potential subcontractors.
Profile Requirements:
Holding a BAC +2 or higher degree, specializing in electricity/telecommunications/public works, and possessing proven experience in managing projects on dry network sites (gas, fiber, and electricity), you demonstrate a strong understanding of energy networks and unions. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and exhibit team management abilities. You are meticulous, organized, responsible, and eager to contribute to a structured, innovative, and growing organization.
