Job Summary

As a key contributor to our sales team at Les Matériaux, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our retail stores. Your mission will be to greet and assist our individual and business clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Offer product recommendations and solutions to clients, promoting our full range of products and services.
  • Process sales transactions, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
  • Manage store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing product development, providing feedback on client needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge, with the ability to provide detailed information on our products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
