Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our Regional Luxury Fragrance Division Team in Paris.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of reports to measure fragrance brands performance, including retail sales, market share, top doors, and distribution expansion.
  • Prepare presentations and meetings to update fragrance teams and top management on portfolio achievements, market context, and brand strategy.
  • Drive analytics to lead from insights to recommendations for action to regional management.
  • Conduct key deep dives and ad-hoc analytics to support specific insights at the request of regional management.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from a reputable business school, engineering school, or top university.
  • Previous internship experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional language from the EMEA region is a plus.

  • Interest in the beauty or luxury goods industries with a willingness to drive impact in all projects.
  • Curious, self-starter mindset with high motivation and commitment to tasks at hand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills, to work in a high-paced, multi-cultural team environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proven rigor, with advanced Microsoft 365 Office Program skills required (particularly Excel).
  • Keen sense of learning in a corporate setting.
