Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence and Quality Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top- and bottom-line store performance by continuously improving in-store execution, leveraging internal and external expertise and innovation. You will also support openings or distressed operations to foster profitable expansion.
Main Responsibilities- Provide first-level 360° support to countries upon request, visiting stores to identify points of improvement or solve specific issues and helping countries design and implement action plans.
- Bring first-level solutions, involving and coordinating with relevant experts for more complex topics.
- Ensure project management and coordination for major opening and action plans implementation on existing operations, acting as project manager, coordinating opening teams and experts, managing project team meetings and Steering Committees, and reporting to country CEO and regional COO.
- Define and document Group operational standards, managing and enriching quality tools and processes for all businesses operated, excluding Fashion.
- Participate in the elaboration and rollout of a 360° Group audit and quality program, including principles, tools, store visits, audits, teams training, and motivation in collaboration with HR.
- Master's degree in Management or Engineering.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Retail Operations and Operational Quality.
- International experience.
- Good command of project management and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Analytical skills and fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
- Taste for challenge, flexibility, curiosity, autonomy, and decision-making.
- Capacity to manage various tasks and projects, deliver ambitious results, and good anticipation, organization, and priority management skills.
- Strong interest in operations, field, and hand-on approach.
- Synthesis skills (oral and written) and good communication and interpersonal skills.
