L'entreprise Icademie, acteur majeur de la formation professionnelle à distance, recrute en alternance pour son entreprise partenaire.

Notre partenaire, fabricant de literie haut de gamme mondialement connu, recherche un(e) Assistant(e) Store Manager pour un démarrage dès que possible.

Le poste est basé à Paris 8ème et 16ème.

Missions

  • S'assurer de la prise en compte effective et de l'enregistrement des commandes, et garantir leur expédition et leur livraison auprès du client.
  • Remonter régulièrement les informations liées aux ventes à sa hiérarchie via des indicateurs adaptés.
  • Gérer les stocks en anticipant et en planifiant la demande.
  • Maintenir le lien entre l'équipe commerciale et les fonctions support.
  • Gérer les relations quotidiennes avec les clients de l'organisation (appels, e-mails, rencontres...) ainsi qu'avec les différents fournisseurs impliqués, comme les entreprises de livraison.
  • S'assurer de la bonne transmission des informations administratives relatives à la vente entre les parties prenantes.
  • Garantir le respect des normes de qualité et de livraison, ainsi que du respect des processus et des bonnes pratiques, et ce dans toutes les étapes de la vente.

Collaboration avec le Store Manager

  • Fournir des objectifs journaliers et hebdomadaires de vente pour l'équipe du magasin, en vue d'améliorer la performance commerciale.
  • Assurer la gestion du magasin en l'absence du Store Manager.
  • Garantir la tenue de normes visuelles au sein du magasin.

Compétences requises

  • Être motivé(e), organisé(e), aime être force de proposition.
  • Excelle dans le service à la clientèle et dispose d'expérience dans la gestion et le développement d'une équipe.
  • Avoir une volonté forte de travailler avec des objectifs de vente dans le Retail.

Conditions de travail

  • La formation est intégralement financée dans le cadre de l'alternance.
  • Ta rémunération sera définie selon ton âge et ton niveau d'étude.
