IT Operations and Service Delivery Manager

About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced IT Operations and Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services and ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operations, including incident resolution, problem management, and effective application of global standard processes.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and meeting all targets (SLA, KPI, etc.).
- Developing and implementing operational performance management strategies to drive excellence in service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing asset lifecycle to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Sourcing and procuring vendors to meet service level agreements, while ensuring compliance with security protocols and protecting company assets.
- Fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, including business partners, service owners, and VIPs.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in large IT providing operations and support.
- Technical background within Managed Services or IT outsourcing industry or vendor management.
- Strong leadership skills, with ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Bilingual French/English.
