Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Executive CAT to join our Group Underwriting Office/Ceded Re/Placement & Underwriting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for structuring and placing the Group cover on Life risk, contributing to the management and animation of AXA Property Pool scheme, and working on cross-functional projects for the Underwriting & Placement of CAT Group Protections.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare the underwriting committee to underwrite AXA subsidiaries Life Risk in collaboration with the representatives of AXA local entities
- Structure and place programs for the Life Group cover in compliance with Group Risk and appetite, in collaboration with the actuarial departments (analytics, reserving and risk management) and support functions
- Participate to management and coordination of underwriting activities, reporting and administration of the AXA Group Property Pool
- Engage or initiate on transversal projects, operational and governance topics in collaboration with support functions teams
- Knowledge in Life Insurance/Reinsurance and ideally Property
- Familiarity with risks analysis, underwriting and contractual documentation
- Organization and ability to manage administrative tasks
- Analytical skills
- Ability to balance autonomy with team work
- Initiative and adaptability
- Effective and clear communication
- Ability to interact with various stakeholders, both external and internal
