Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Legal Counsel - Projects & Contracts to join our Global Legal team at Roquette. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Legal Global Operations and providing legal expertise to Senior Legal Counsels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to Senior Legal Counsels and Head of Legal Global Operations on large capex projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with contractual provisions and applicable laws.
- Advise on full contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts that allocate risk, responsibility, and reward for performance of services or delivery of goods.
- Lead the development of governance, policies, processes, best practices, reporting, templates, and KPIs to support a One Legal approach on contract management within the group.
- Support the Head of Legal Global Operations in launching large capex projects, including permitting, financing, partnering, and contracting, which may involve multiple contracts and jurisdictions.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Law, preferably with a commercial degree such as an MBA or MSc.
- Full working proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and storytelling and mind mapping tools.
