Job Summary
As a Restaurant and Bar Supervisor at Club Med, you will be responsible for representing the luxury brand and providing exceptional service to customers and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Club Med's luxury brand and values to customers and teams
- Emphasize the quality of the welcome and service in the bar and restaurant areas
- Oversee and lead teams in room service, swimming pool service, and drinks service within the 5 Trident space
- Federate and coordinate teams around objectives, attitudes, and behavior aligned with Club Med's values
- Contribute to optimizing budgets by mastering expenses and improving profitability
- Guarantee the quality of services and ensure respect for hygiene and safety standards
- Identify training needs for team members to support their skill development
Requirements
- Customer-oriented and diplomatic approach
- Sense of detail and ability to work in a demanding environment
- Availability and international mobility for a period of 6 to 12 months
- Diploma in Hotel Service required
- Fluent English is mandatory, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience in this position is necessary
Contract Details
- Temporary contract
- Seasonal contract with a fixed salary and bonus structure
- Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med, along with other benefits
