Job Title: Restaurant and Bar Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to join our team at Club Med. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and quality in our restaurants and bars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Club Med's luxury brand to our customers and teams
- Develop and maintain a personalized relationship with customers to ensure a high-quality welcome and service experience
- Oversee and lead teams responsible for room service, swimming pool service, and drinks service within the 5 Trident space
- Federate and coordinate teams around Club Med's objectives, attitudes, and behavior
- Contribute to optimizing budgets by mastering expenses and improving profitability
- Guarantee the quality of services and ensure respect for hygiene and safety standards
- Identify training needs for team members to support their skill development
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hotel Service required
- Fluent English is mandatory, and knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Experience in this position necessary
Contract Type: 12 months contract
Package: Seasonal contract with a fixed salary, bonus on objectives, accommodation, meals, and other benefits connected with the Club Med group.
