CISALPINA TOURS SPA is a leading Italian Travel Management Company in the Business Travel sector.
With over 50 years of experience, the company is one of the most important players in the industry, owned by MSC Group, a global leader in maritime transport and cruise operations.
In line with our ambitious international expansion, we are seeking experienced Business Travel Consultants to contribute to our success.
The Role
As a Business Travel Consultant at CISALPINA TOURS SPA, you will be responsible for:
- Booking all aspects of Business Travel, including flights, rail, hotel, car hire, and taxi reservations.
- Issuing tickets, handling possible changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Managing the entire inquiry process, from searching for various fares and travel options to presenting optimal solutions to clients.
- Exploring and researching everything from low-cost options through to round the world itineraries.
- Overseeing each booking, ensuring client profile details are considered, travel policies are adhered to, and advising on necessary VISA requirements.
- Responding to client inquiries within their Service Level Agreement.
- Managing travel projects, ranging from individual reservations to large groups.
- Providing alternative options to clients within their travel policy.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Expertise in utilizing at least one main Global Distribution System (GDS), such as AMADEUS, GALILEO or SABRE, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Confident clear spoken and written English and French.
- Proficiency in technology products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs.
- Outstanding geographical and product knowledge of destinations and airlines.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering service excellence.
The Offer

- Salary based on professional profile and experience, along with group benefits.
- French permanent contract with an initial trial period.
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 39 hours per week, distributed on shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM.
