About the Role

As a Neo Service Manager at American Express Global Business Travel, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers via the Neo Care portal
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest travel industry trends and technologies
Requirements
  • Experience in managing client portfolios and providing technical support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of travel industry products and services
