Administrative Pole Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Administrative Pole Manager at EPSM Morbihan. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director of Quality, Performance, and Communication in the management, organization, and coordination of administrative tasks and the pilotage of the pole.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the pole's strategic plan, in line with the institution's and territorial orientations.
Manage and coordinate the administrative tasks of the pole, including the structuration of the organization, the sensitization of actors to financial, administrative, and legal implications, and the contribution to the quality and risk management.
Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, directors, and other departments.
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents to support the pole's activities and decision-making processes.
Participate in the development and implementation of the pole's communication strategy, including the diffusion and remontée of information.
Contribute to the identification of the pole's administrative and medical tasks and propose adjustments as needed.
Manage and coordinate the administrative tasks of the pole, including the management of personnel, budgets, and resources.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and changes in the healthcare industry.
Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur BAC+3 à BAC+5
Cursus valorisé en gestion des établissements de santé, gestion financière, droit, contrôle de gestion, conduite de projets.
Expérience de gestion hospitalière attendue.
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Compétences générales : identifier, analyser, prioriser et synthétiser les informations relevant de son domaine d'activité, traduire la stratégie en orientations, en plans d'actions et en moyens de réalisation, argumenter et convaincre un ou plusieurs interlocuteurs dans son domaine de compétence.
Compétences spécifiques : communication / relations interpersonnelles, contrôle de gestion, droit de la fonction publique, droit hospitalier, gestion administrative, économique et financière, gestion de projets.
Qualités professionnelles requises : sens de l'organisation et autonomie, qualités relationnelles, disponibilité, intégrité professionnelle et confidentialité, capacité à s'intégrer dans un collectif de pôle, travail en équipe.
