Public Health Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Administrative Pole Manager at EPSM Morbihan. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Director of Quality, Performance, and Communication in the management, organization, and coordination of administrative tasks and the pilotage of the pole, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, healthcare professionals, functional departments, and the Department of Medical Information.
Manage and coordinate the administrative tasks of the pole, including the structuring of the managerial organization of the pole, the sensitization of actors to the financial, administrative, and legal implications of decisions and practices, and the contribution to the quality management and risk management of the pole.
Contribute to the development of the pole's communication strategy, including the diffusion and remittance of information, and the coordination of the pole's annual purchases and works program.
Participate in the development of the pole's strategic plan, including the definition of priorities for the pole's formation and training programs, in collaboration with the Department of Human Resources.
Contribute to the analysis and follow-up of indicators, and propose improvements to the pole's management and organization, in collaboration with the Director of Quality, Performance, and Communication and the Department of Medical Information.
Participate in the development of the pole's budget and financial management, including the preparation of financial reports and the coordination of the pole's financial planning.
Contribute to the development of the pole's quality management system, including the identification of areas for improvement and the development of action plans to address these areas.
Participate in the development of the pole's communication strategy, including the development of internal and external communication materials and the coordination of communication activities.
Contribute to the development of the pole's risk management plan, including the identification of potential risks and the development of strategies to mitigate these risks.
Participate in the development of the pole's quality management system, including the identification of areas for improvement and the development of action plans to address these areas.
Degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare administration or management role.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations, including those related to quality management and risk management.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work culture.
