"In this role, you will identify new opportunities with the largest and most strategic merchants, providing them with the resources needed to achieve their growth objectives."

"You will build and execute jointly agreed-upon business plans with partners or merchants to drive mutual growth and success."

"You will work closely with internal analysts, delivery, and marketing teams to drive enablement and lead generation activities."

"You will identify new partnerships or business opportunities, pitch Klarna's services, and close deals."

"You will build strong relationships both at the executive level and on an individual basis."

"You will manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships, including C-suite executives."

"You will conduct extensive market research to position Klarna optimally in the market."

"You will network effectively with local clients and develop strong professional relationships."

"You will deliver enhancements to existing brands and identify areas for improvement with key strategic partners."

"You will identify and execute strategies to win new business within France."

"You will adapt the business model to be culturally relevant without losing its identity."

"You will play an important role in driving Klarna's growth in France and beyond."

"Key Requirements:

* Based in Paris

* Fluent in French and English at a full professional proficiency level

* 6 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales

* Experience in retail payments and/or e-commerce

* Demonstrates a strong passion for learning about and engaging with new cultures

* Highly driven with the desire to build a business from the ground up

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Equity Offering:

Klarna's compensation package includes a base salary and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Our RSU program features a 4-year vesting schedule, allowing you to gradually become a shareholder in Klarna."
