Job Title: Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Otis. As a Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for synchronizing internal services to maximize On Time Delivery (OTD) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, propose, and pilot actions to improve OTD.
  • Coordinate the securing of parts by internal and external suppliers for customer deliveries.
  • Exchange and negotiate with internal stakeholders: Procurement, Planning, Production, Sales, Transport, and Front Office.
  • Analyze the root causes of late deliveries.
  • Report on OTD and late delivery causes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of English, proficiency in digital tools, and intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Autonomy, ability to manage multiple tasks, teamwork, and synthesis.
