About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for synchronizing internal services to maximize On Time Delivery (OTD) objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, propose, and pilot actions to improve OTD.
  • Coordinate the secure delivery of parts by internal and external suppliers for upcoming customer shipments.
  • Exchange and negotiate with internal stakeholders: Procurement, Planning, Production, Sales, Transportation, and Front Office.
  • Analyze the root causes of missed delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare and present OTD client reports and root cause analysis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
