Senior Channel Sales Manager Italy

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our key top clients alongside our partners, ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion for our 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including C-Level executives and sales teams, to ensure alignment and support for our sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including revenue sourcing and marketing plans.
  • Lead the transformation and enablement of assigned partners to achieve sales plans, including provisioning and operation.
  • Develop and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel.
  • Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
