Senior Channel Sales Manager Italy

Dassault Systèmes is seeking a sales-driven and results-oriented Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our South Eastern team based in Milan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and growing our key top clients alongside our partners, ensuring the successful adoption of our solutions within Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share expansion for our 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients, providing strategic guidance and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of our solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and growth, leveraging a business consulting approach to deliver results.
  • Collaborate with partners to define and execute sales strategies, transformation, and development plans to achieve sustainable sales and market share growth.
  • Develop and manage revenue growth strategies for assigned accounts, working closely with partners to identify opportunities and drive business expansion.
  • Oversee the extended team, including Value Added Reseller partners, to ensure revenue plan delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Build strategic relationships with partners' C-Level and teams, guiding joint business success and understanding business logics of indirect business partnerships.
  • Drive partner transformation and development, instrumental in the transformation and enablement of assigned partners to achieve sales plans based on target initiatives.
  • Contribute to the strategic development plan of partners, co-designing go-to-market strategies to support, guide, and bring sales and client data insights to ensure compliance with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in selling SaaS and Cloud management, preferably within the software, technology, or engineering sectors.
  • Over 7 years of experience selling software solutions to large clients in the partner channel.
  • Experience in sales team management or a business consulting role is a plus.
  • Experience in managing indirect business.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet partners.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages are a plus).
