Job Description & Role Responsibilities

A key player in driving the success of Dassault Systèmes' 3DEXPERIENCE Works(cloud) business. This role is instrumental in the transformation and enablement of Partners to achieve the cloud Sales Plan.

  • Customer Enablement: Classify 3DEXPERIENCE Works(Cloud) customers to provide tailored enablement and support, enhancing cloud utilization.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Design a strategy to support, guide, and bring sales & client data insights to ensure compliance with Dassault Systèmes' growth strategy.
  • Capacity & Skill Validation: Co-design with the Partner to validate capacity and skills, supporting the Transformation in the Sales plan and Capacity & skill alignment.
  • Marketing & Lead Generation: Develop a marketing plan to generate leads and support the sales effort.
  • Business Insights: Provide regular insights on 3DEXPERIENCE Works business to Sales Expert Management (GEO LEADers).
  • Adoption Monitoring: Monitor the pace of adoption of 3DEXPERIENCE Works on clients' side to ensure subscription.
  • Reference Casing: Emphasize the need for reference casing and work with Partners to secure these stories.
  • Pipeline Review: Review pipeline with the Partner to plan actions to trigger Value Up activities regularly.
  • Enablement Sessions: Drive 3DEXPERIENCE frequent enablement sessions with Partner teams to establish continuity of mindshare.
  • Partner Onboarding: Recruit new partners who can expand our territory in 3DEXPERIENCE works(cloud) business and lead their onboarding process.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years (up to 10 years) of direct/indirect sales experience in the SW industry, especially solution/platform or CAD/CAM product.
  • Pro-active, result-oriented, and aggressive attitude & mindset as a sales person.
  • Excellent & persuasive communication skill.
  • English proficiency in business level.
  • Multi-national company experience will be a plus.
