About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a social media content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with our Managing Coordinator and volunteer Board of Management to create and edit written, video, and photo content.
  • Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Work with our team to create and execute a monthly content calendar.
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content for existing social media platforms.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in social media marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience working with Meta Business Suite and social planning platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, especially written, and social media jargon/best practices.
  • Working knowledge of video creation and editing.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of $800 per month for the duration of the three-month contract.
  • A hybrid remote work arrangement with in-person days per month and occasional evenings or weekends as required.
