International Media Coordinator Assistant

Shiseido, a leading global cosmetics company, is seeking a highly motivated and organized International Media Coordinator Assistant to join its EMEA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist media coordinators in daily tasks, including analyzing and challenging media plans, reporting and consolidating media activities, and contacting markets.
  • Coordinate digital media activities for the EMEA region, working closely with the media agency and markets.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify media opportunities for Shiseido's brands.
  • Consolidate best practices and share them with the entire market.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Communication, Digital, or Marketing.
  • First experience in international coordination or media agency would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of the beauty, fashion, and luxury sectors.
  • Fluent English.
  • Dynamic and team-oriented.
  • Rigorous and detail-oriented.
  • Able to adapt to new media and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
