Fragrance and Cosmetics Sales Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Specialist to join our Travel Retail EMEA team at Coty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving retail sales growth and market share gain in assigned stores.
Key Responsibilities- Maximizing Sales Performance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales of Coty products.
- Establish and track sales objectives, analyzing sales methods and techniques to improve performance.
- Propose and implement incentive programs to drive sales growth.
- Recruit and train permanent staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets.
- Manage agency relationships, recruiting seasonal staff and promoters as needed.
- Coordinate working schedules and ensure perfect store execution.
- Coach Beauty Advisors on sales techniques and provide ongoing training and support.
- Perfect Store Execution
- Ensure the highest level of representation of Coty brands in-store, adhering to head office guidelines.
- Manage in-store displays, fixtures, and merchandise to maximize sales potential.
- Coordinate implementation of promotions and ensure effective execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Coty Local Ambassador
- Develop strong relationships with clients, including retailers and agencies.
- Present and submit marketing plans and new product introductions.
- Recommend increased stock levels and optimize plans on the COTY portfolio.
- Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, including refurbishments and new openings.
- Market Analysis
- Provide monthly sales reporting, highlighting opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct store visits, summarizing findings and providing recommendations.
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing.
- Report on promotion sales performance and provide feedback on new launches.
- Strong people skills, with the ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
