Coty is seeking a highly skilled Senior Fragrance Manager to join our Olfactory Studio team. As a key member of our fragrance development team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and successful fragrances for our luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop fragrances that meet brand olfactory signatures and performance objectives
- Define olfactory strategies for each brand
- Drive creation and innovation with fragrance houses
- Optimize processes and methodologies across departments
- Vouch for olfactory quality throughout the process
- Infuse fragrance culture and expertise across the company
