Job Description
As an Administrative Assistant to the Finance Service, you will provide administrative and general secretarial support to the Head of Finance and the Finance Service team. Your responsibilities will include preparing financial documents, supporting the preparation and follow-up of documents for the Management Board, and providing logistics and administrative support for meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Finance in preparing financial documents
- Prepare and follow-up documents for the Management Board
- Provide logistics and administrative support for meetings and events
- Perform regular operational tasks related to the functioning of the Finance Service
- Provide occasional support to the Finance Service team on administrative tasks
Requirements
- Secondary education diploma (BTS, HNC, Bachelor, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Strong skills in using computing tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent level of written and spoken English and French
Working Conditions
