The division of Group CIO serves as the bridge between technological advancements and business strategies, establishing the operational framework for AXA. This division is responsible for defining both global and local standards for architecture, applications, and infrastructure, while spearheading the execution of a comprehensive technology strategy to foster innovation and business expansion.

Department Overview

You will be part of the IGP (Identity Global Products) team, dedicated to delivering Identity Products across the AXA organization. Our responsibilities encompass:

  • Identity Provisioning & Authorizations: Overseeing the creation, management, and deactivation of user accounts and roles across various systems.
  • Authentication: Implementing processes and technologies to verify user and system identities.
  • Access Management: Ensuring that only authorized personnel can access specific resources, managing permissions and access controls.
  • Security: Safeguarding sensitive information from unauthorized access through robust identity and access management policies.
  • Compliance: Adhering to regulatory requirements related to identity management and data protection.

Essentially, the IT Identity Department acts as the steward of the organization's digital identity, ensuring appropriate access is granted to the right individuals at the right time, thereby maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of information assets.

Role Purpose

As a Release Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful rollout of software releases within our projects. Your responsibilities will include planning, scheduling, coordinating, and supervising the development, testing, and deployment processes across various environments.

Main Responsibilities

Your key duties will involve:

  • Defining the scope and content of various software releases.
  • Ensuring all prerequisites are met prior to promotion to pre-production and production stages.
  • Collaborating closely with development, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth and efficient software release activities, adhering to quality standards and timelines.
  • Identifying and managing risks, resolving issues that may impact the scope, schedule, and quality of software releases, ensuring alignment with business requirements and high customer satisfaction.
  • Structuring and coordinating teams in accordance with Agile methodologies applied to different products.

Candidate Profile

We seek an individual with the following qualifications:

Experience

  • Demonstrated success as a Release Manager.
  • Experience in DevOps and Agile methodologies.
  • Background in IT infrastructure or security projects.

Technical Skills

  • Degree in IT Engineering.
  • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, SonarQube, Checkmarx).
  • Understanding of IAM concepts, solutions, and services, including identity management and access control (e.g., Savyint, Ping).

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in a multicultural environment.
  • Service-oriented mindset with a focus on managing client relationships, including requirements, delivery, and service quality.
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate complex situations involving multiple stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Analytical mindset to drive continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in a second language is a plus.
