Position: Manager of Technical Research
As the Manager of Technical Research, you will oversee a dedicated team to guarantee client satisfaction by performing analyses on contract deviations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in a timely manner. You will engage with various internal departments within our Front-Office and collaborate closely with operational teams. Regular interactions with site engineers will enhance your activities and insights. Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will be an integral part of the Front-Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor your team members
- Track both individual and team performance metrics
- Manage the operational workload to ensure studies are executed in accordance with contract specifications
- Facilitate electrical negotiations to achieve customer service goals
- Address quality discrepancies and implement corrective measures
Qualifications for Success:
A degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering is required, along with prior management experience. Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial. A solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and familiarity with industrial processes are necessary for this role.
