Position: Manager of Technical Analysis
As the Manager of Technical Analysis, you will lead your team to ensure client satisfaction by conducting assessments on contract deviations and guaranteeing quality and timely project completion. You will work closely with various internal departments within our Front-Office and collaborate with operational teams. Regular interactions with site engineers will enhance your activities. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will be an integral part of the Front-Office team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide your team
- Track individual and team performance goals
- Manage workload effectively to ensure assessments are completed while adhering to contract specifications
- Facilitate electrical negotiations to achieve customer service targets
- Address quality issues and implement corrective measures
Qualifications for Success:
A degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering is required, along with prior management experience. Strong organizational abilities and task prioritization skills are crucial. Proficiency in mechanical engineering principles and familiarity with industrial processes are essential.
