Customer Service Desk Analyst

IDnow is a pioneer in automated digital identification solutions, serving businesses and governments since 2010. Our mission is to establish trust in online interactions. We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, support, or customer-facing roles, with a strong understanding of data protection legislations such as GDPR and BAFIN.
Key Responsibilities- Provide accurate, highly technical pre-analysis to facilitate rapid resolution or status updates to all stakeholders as required.
- Work closely with most teams within IDnow, especially CSM and IT.
- Perform deep technical first analysis and issue resolution if possible.
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of data protection legislations such as GDPR and BAFIN.
- Proactive and improvement-driven mindset.
