The Regional HR Generalist will collaborate closely with the HQ HR team and local teams in Europe to provide support to employees and management across a wide range of functions. This role will report to the HR Manager in HQ and also to the Admin Manager in Europe, and will be fully responsible for delivering key HR initiatives with a fast-growing brand in a matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Global HR Policies and Processes: Direct the local offices in implementing UPI global HR policies and processes, customizing local HR policies when necessary to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and employment regulations.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Fulfil the recruiting target by carrying out a wide range of sourcing events and recruiting activities, maintaining a professional image in the face of candidates to boost UPI's employment brand.
- Employee Life Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, employee training and development, attrition management, etc.
- Payroll Services and Benefits Administration: Be accountable for payroll services in the region, monitoring the company's pay, benefits, and welfare structure and guidelines, balancing cost control with the need to attract, reward, and retain staff.
- Performance Management and Evaluation: Manage the annual employee performance target setting and evaluation cycle.
- HR Advisory Services: Provide other HR advisory activities by engaging closely with local EU management.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a progressive and dynamic work environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, analytical and technological skills, as well as a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Culturally adaptive in an internationally working environment.
- French, English, and Chinese trilingual proficiency.
