This role is crucial in providing expert guidance and support to clients during the execution of their campaigns. Our comprehensive approach encompasses both digital and traditional marketing solutions, including direct mail, street promotions, SMS and email outreach, search engine optimization, and online advertising.

As a Project Manager in Operational Mastery, you will be primarily engaged with projects associated with our sales information systems. Your key responsibility will be overseeing our contract management platform utilized by sales personnel and administrative support across the country. Initially, your focus will be on advanced support functions, liaising with users and development teams, while also participating in integrated testing to confirm system integrity before it is handed over to the quality assurance team.

Over time, your responsibilities will expand to encompass the analysis of business needs, the documentation of functional requirements, and collaboration with the development team to ensure the effective deployment of tools.
