The Project Management Department aims to assist AXA Group in navigating its organizational structure, business strategies, customer journey enhancements, and various other challenges.

The 'Internal Consulting & Project Delivery – Transversal Functions' team identifies and supports initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration across AXA Group, particularly within Operations.

The team concentrates on three primary objectives:

  • Deliver project management methodologies and tools
  • Ensure that effective action plans and timelines are established and followed
  • Coordinate with experts and stakeholders engaged in the project

Your responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and executing projects and solutions within your designated area
  • Leading project teams focused on Operations at AXA Group
  • Accountable for project management, budget compliance, scheduling, and deliverables
  • Facilitating steering committees and team discussions
  • Gathering, analyzing, and formalizing business requirements
  • Developing potential solutions, inclusive of costs, delivery timelines, and key milestones
  • Drafting functional specifications
  • Providing monthly updates on budget usage and forecasts
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders
  • Managing critical issues and keeping stakeholders informed of developments
  • Adhering to project methodologies and governance standards

Your Profile:

Your qualifications and experiences include:

  • A Master's degree is required, preferably in business or a related field
  • PMP certification is advantageous
  • A minimum of 10 years of project management experience in an international context
  • At least 15 years of experience in Middle Office, Trading, Risk Management, or Compliance within asset management
  • Proven expertise in project management methodologies and effective communication
  • Experience leading teams on strategic initiatives
  • Prior experience in a challenging, international, and multicultural setting
  • Ability to present and advocate for project outcomes to senior management
