AXA is seeking a Learning Partner - Upskilling Strategist to join its Group Learning Department. This role will be responsible for designing and deploying high-impact learning solutions to support the upskilling strategy and transformation plans of AXA.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and deploying learning solutions, as well as strong stakeholder management skills and a strong project management background.
The Learning Partner - Upskilling Strategist will work closely with the Head of Strategic Upskilling Programs to develop a comprehensive plan and implementation approach for the upskilling strategy.
The role will also involve collaborating with the Professional Families and the Group Centers of Expertise to identify and select the most appropriate solutions for the upskilling programs.
The Learning Partner - Upskilling Strategist will be responsible for building digital, face-to-face, and blended learning programs to offer an effective learner experience with an agile and learner-centric mindset.
The role will also involve driving the implementation of Strategic Upskilling Programs, managing stakeholders at global and local levels, and monitoring the impact, budget, planning, risks, scope, and quality of the programs.
The Learning Partner - Upskilling Strategist will also act as a transformation and change management advisor on the upskilling programs under their responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of change management practices, business French and English proficiency, and a growth mindset and innovation-oriented approach.
The Learning Partner - Upskilling Strategist will be part of a global and fast-paced environment and will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the goals of the upskilling strategy.
