Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team in Bordeaux. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating complex projects in the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Pilot and participate in the planning, organization, and implementation of projects, including various lots of work and equipment, in accordance with procedure, safety, quality, planning, and budget requirements.
- Manage a project team with internal and external stakeholders, including electricians, automation, instrumentation, and production teams.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and uncertainties.
- Lead and motivate project teams, and coordinate with various stakeholders, including internal and external experts.
- Assist in making technical and economic decisions and provide technical support.
- Prepare project progress reports.
- Collect and verify project closure documents.
- Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of process unit operations and basic technical knowledge in civil engineering, electricity, piping, automation.
- Experience working in a high-risk industrial environment (SEVESO) and proficiency in Office, Autocad, and MS Project.
- Strong interest in complex projects and problem-solving, with a curious and technically sound approach.
- Ability to challenge methods and ideas to achieve high levels of excellence.
