**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Maintenance Systems Metro D Team Lead to join our team at Keolis Lyon. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our metro system.
Key Responsibilities:- **Team Leadership:** Manage a team of technicians to achieve increased motivation, performance, and skills.
- **Work Planning and Organization:** Plan, organize, and optimize team work based on production objectives, safety, economic framework, and rolling stock operation.
- **Quality and Traceability:** Ensure the quality of operations performed and their traceability in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- **Maintenance Optimization:** Minimize rolling stock downtime.
- **Safety and Hygiene:** Ensure that safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures are implemented and respected.
- **Budgeting and Performance Analysis:** Participate in budget elaboration, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with hierarchy.
- **Performance Indicators:** Follow up on economic and reliability indicators of your perimeter. Propose improvement plans.
- **Reporting:** Establish activity reports for your hierarchy.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Participate actively in progress initiatives.
- **Transversal Projects:** Participate in transversal projects and relay the company project.
- **Education:** Higher technical education (BTS/DUT electronics).
- **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership position.
- **Skills:** Good mastery of the Office pack and a CMMS tool is mandatory.
- **Leadership and Communication:** Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, rigor, and analytical skills are essential for this role.
**Schedule:** Primarily daytime work, with occasional night and weekend shifts.
Compensation:**Salary:** Evolutive salary according to the conventional seniority grid.
**Variable Elements:** Based on working hours (nights, weekends, and public holidays).
