Position Overview

Are you prepared to influence change and spearhead innovation? We are in search of a highly competent and driven individual who is dedicated to ongoing enhancement and excels in a multifaceted corporate landscape. In this position, you will oversee a network of Sites and play a crucial role in establishing our global supply competitive edge. You will direct teams and business executives towards informed choices through the implementation and advocacy of an Operational Excellence (OpEx) mindset. This role transcends a mere job; it is a chance to empower our workforce to perpetually enhance, optimize workflows, and provide exceptional value to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • In this capacity, you will assist in defining the BPE strategy, manage our operational processes and tools, disseminate knowledge, engage in team decision-making, stay abreast of industry developments, and fulfill company supply requirements.
  • Additionally, you will lead the BPE transformation across the network, receiving matrix reporting from the Local BPE Heads while motivating and guiding local teams.
  • You will support the respective network manager by overseeing tier boards and potentially other BPE-related initiatives and activities.
  • You will champion the business process enhancement efforts within the network organization, including pinpointing process inefficiencies, analyzing data, and steering teams towards effective solution implementation.
  • Through mentorship and training, employees will learn to utilize process improvement methodologies and tools effectively.
  • Ultimately, you will cultivate a culture of continuous enhancement by endorsing best practices, fostering innovation, and acknowledging and celebrating achievements in process excellence.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in business administration, sciences, or Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Certification as a Black Belt or Green Belt.
  • Demonstrated practical experience in process enhancement, LEAN manufacturing through the application, instruction, and coaching of Continuous Improvement techniques.
  • Experience in leading international teams (solid line reporting or in a matrix structure) and managing complex projects.
  • Capacity to be inventive, innovative, and devise potential solutions to project and business challenges.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, along with proven proficiency in project management.
