We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Leader to join our team at Volvo. As a key member of our Services & Solutions Team, you will be responsible for setting up and managing a network of authorized workshops to support our aggressive growth in Services & Solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement a support service agreement with Volvo Group and Renault Group for retail activities.
- Develop and sign Service Level agreements with selected repairing workshops.
- Collaborate with the aftermarket team and Sales and Marketing to define and roll out lean and disruptive retail processes and tools.
- Drive best practices through continuous improvement of retail performance.
- Participate in projects to align or develop workshop processes, find synergies to improve customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies.
- Secure and support Sales & Marketing and Services & Solutions departments to work proactively with workshop processes, retail plans, and strive for a well-performing network.
- Proven track record in services, aftermarket, or sales and retail.
- Previous experience in B2B business.
- Master's degree in business or engineering.
- Proven ability to manage projects.
- Innovative and proactive.
- Customer-oriented.
- Experience in deployment of change management and continuous improvements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), ideally fluent in French.
