Overview of the Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager Role
The Workplace, Network, Identity Controlling Manager is responsible for cost controlling of Workplace, Network & Identity IT Products, acting as a trusted partner for Business and Accounting in all aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all cost controlling activities under scope, including budgeting, forecasting, expense approval, closing, and reporting.
- Develop insights and recognized technical expertise on numbers under scope.
- Manage a dedicated Controller Team.
- Build trust with Business teams through advice, support, and positive challenge.
- Contribute to strengthening and improving Finance foundations, processes, and culture.
Requirements
- Leadership capabilities, including communication skills, ability to establish trust and credibility, integrity, problem-solving, and process focus.
- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or economics, with financial skills, understanding of business economics, and business case foundations.
- Proven experience in Controlling, with good knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance.
